The Online Paediatric CPD Program (Chiropractic Paediatrics) for European Chiropractors

The Online Paediatric CPD Program, now available to European chiropractors, offers 85 continuing education hours.

The European Academy of Chiropractic (EAC) is a sub-committee of the European Chiropractors Union (ECU). It is concerned with the promotion and facilitation of graduate educational programme and continuing professional development (CPD) for chiropractors. The primary goal of the paediatric division of the special interest group of the EAC in Paediatrics is to promote and advance post graduate education and research in this focused area. The EAC recommends that every chiropractor undertakes a minimum of 30 hours of CPD annually. In some ECU member countries, CPD is compulsory. One example of this is the United Kingdom. This program provides 85 CPD hours and therefore potentially provides many years of continuing education credits depending on the specific requirements of your country.

The 100% online program now offered to the chiropractic profession within Europe (including members of the ECU) was created, designed and written by Dr Glenn Maginness B.App.Sc(Chiro) MCSc(Paeds)

Dr Maginness is a 1987 chiropractic graduate from Melbourne, Australia who completed a three year Masters Degree in Chiropractic Paediatrics at R.M.I.T. University in 1998. Dr Maginness has held over 40 of his own paediatric focused seminars throughout Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and the U.K. (England and Scotland) over the last fifteen years and has spoken at numerous paediatric focussed seminars around the world (including within Europe) over the last 20 years. He was the keynote speaker at the UCA Spring Conference in London in April 2006, in London in March 2014, at the I.C.A. Paediatrics Conference in Las Vegas in October 2014 and at the CCA conference in San Diego in May 2015.

The online program, utilising cutting edge technology, has been extremely popular throughout the chiropractic profession worldwide with participation from chiropractors residing in 11 different countries including many chiropractors from Europe.
